I take one of these pills 1-2 hours before my desired bed time and I am usually out like a light. This pill not only saves me money, but it makes it easy to take as it combines melatonin, l-theanine and magnesium which were supplements I was taking separately. It also contains passionflower, valerian and vitamin B6. The capsules are the usual size of any supplement that you may already be taking, so they are not overly huge. No weird side effects besides relaxation and sleep! The smell of the pill is the only bad thing I have experienced. I'd recommend these for anyone who wants to get to sleep quickly.

The Dad Up 5 in 1 Advanced Stress Formula Supplement is a very useful addition to any Supplement routine. In the past, I have tried a few of the main ingredients in this Supplement, however separately. And while I found those to be helpful, there is something about the combination/mixture/dosage of this particular Supplement that works extremely well.The effects kick in relatively quick, roughly 15-20 minutes, and last for a while.The pills themselves are easy to swallow, and there are no unpleasant odors or tastes, which helps make the actual taking of these pills very simple.Overall, I am very happy to have come across this brand and product.

Dad Up! The minute I saw that name I just had to have these multivitamins. They really pack a lot of powerful supplements into one tiny pill. I love that the manufacturer included coq10 and other heart heart healthy supplements. A serving size is 1 pill and there are 60 pills thus a two month supply for a very reasonable price. The actual pills are not that large and easy to swallow. They have not left any aftertaste either.

I compared this formula to a popular men’s over-50 multivitamin and boy does this one pack a wallop in comparison. In addition to higher doses of most vitamins, this contains many minerals and some more boutique vitamins. They come in a large capsule, as seen in my photo.

I use the Dad Up Stress Formula and it really helps with sleep and relaxation, so when I saw they had a Multi-vitamin, I thought I should give it a try. This formula has lutein in it which I need for my eyes. As I age, I have struggled with floaters from time to time and dry eyes, so always take some form of an eye vitamin. The formula also has CoQ10 for heart health and lycopene to help maintain healthy cholesterol and decrease inflammation. I've struggled with hereditary high cholesterol so I consistently work on that issue with diet and exercise, and I workout 4 times a week and need the lycopene to help keep joint inflammation down. The formula also doesn't have an overkill amount of Vitamin B's which I struggle with as too much Vitamin B gives me jitters.If you're not familiar with Dad Up, read their story. I was intrigued that one of the dads and creators of the supplement is a pharmacist and his team created these supplement for busy dads. This supplement like their Stress formula is clean and GMP Certified which is important to me as I take many supplements to support my health regimen and weekly workouts.I have started taking it and decreased my Hair, Skin and Nails dosage, as I can't take more than 5000 mg of Biotin. The only element in this that I have struggled with as a supplement is chromium. I don't know what it is but when I take chromium, I feel it in my head, like something is off. I have not experienced this with these multi-vitamins so far, so I will continue to work with them over the next few weeks and come back with an update, but for now, because of the added eye, heart and joint support in addition to good levels of multi-vitamins and clean ingredients, five stars.
