Dad Up Return & Refund Policy – Our Happiness Guarantee

At Dad Up, we are here to support you on your wellness journey — and that includes making sure you are completely satisfied with your first experience.

If our product is not the right fit for you, we have you covered.


First Order Guarantee

If you are not happy with your first order, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • A brief note about your experience (optional, but appreciated)

This guarantee applies whether you are a new customer trying Dad Up for the first time, or a returning customer placing a first-time order for a new product.


After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed since you received your first order, do not worry — please reach out to us. We will review your request and may still issue a full refund in certain cases.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • It arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
