It only contains 1 mg of melatonin, and while it was helpful i didn’t feel a significant difference. However this aligns with the fact it is a low dose.The supplement arrived as described with no issues. All safety seals were intact, and it had an expiration date far into the future to allow ample time to consume. While consuming I had no adverse reactions. I did not wake up feeling groggy.The capsules are advertised and easily swallowed with liquids. They have no taste. They do have a stronger than normal smell, but to me, it is not off-putting to me.The inclusion of magnesium and vitamin B-6 is a thoughtful touch, as they help ease stress-related tension and promote muscle relaxation.Overall, AlphaWave is a gentle sleep aid supplement. This is a good formula and well thought out for sleep. I appreciate it’s high standards, too. As it says in the bottle It’s manufactured by European phytopharmaceutical companies under strict quality control standards that are held to the same standard as over the counter drugs. So I am assured this is a safe and high quality product. However the formula did not work for me. It kept me awake.It’s a easy to take pill however the valerian gives it a funky smell. For others this is an easy and great way to take known sleep encouraging herbs and supplements all in one capsule. I think the price for a one month supply could be a little lower but for the quality and if it works it would be well worth it.

Standard size bottle. The Capsules are Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Non GMO. The capsules are about the size/length of a Quarter and decent size diameter, for those wondering. Serving size is One Capsule, and the bottle contains 60 capsules, so that's a huge plus. At least with One Bottle, you get to try it out for Two Months. As for taste, you don't chew them/just swallow, but they have a bad taste when you put them in your mouth. So.... I'm going to try them and see how it goes. For the price of $26.99 for 60 capsules, it's worth a shot. I take one of these pills 1-2 hours before my desired bed time and I am usually out like a light. This pill not only saves me money, but it makes it easy to take as it combines melatonin, l-theanine and magnesium which were supplements I was taking separately. It also contains passionflower, valerian and vitamin B6. The capsules are the usual size of any supplement that you may already be taking, so they are not overly huge. No weird side effects besides relaxation and sleep! The smell of the pill is the only bad thing I have experienced. I'd recommend these for anyone who wants to get to sleep quickly.

These have been a game changer for my sleep. A solid 6 hours was a rarity for me. I was always tossing and turning and waking up with my mind racing. Since Inhave started these, I am waking up less tired and sleeping straight through. THANK YOU DAD UP!!

I've just started using this pill so have a limited experience. This med helps me fall asleep promptly on a regular basis. For that i give it a good score. However it does little when it comes to keeping he asleep. Four hours later I was up and awake. Now, I'm happy I got a solid four hours, which is an improvement. I was hoping that it would have a little longer effect. Therefore, a decent but not perfect score.

I really wanted this to help with sleep, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me. The first thing I noticed was the very strong, off‑putting smell when opening the bottle. I later learned that Valerian root naturally has this odor, but it’s intense enough that it even gets on your hands, so I had to wash them after taking a capsule.As for the effects, I actually felt a bit more restless before bed instead of relaxed. I eventually fell asleep, but I woke up during the night and had trouble getting back to sleep. For me, it seemed to have the opposite effect of what I expected.Even if it had helped with sleep, the smell alone would make it hard for me to keep taking this. Unfortunately, this supplement just didn’t work for me.
