I've just started using this pill so have a limited experience. This med helps me fall asleep promptly on a regular basis. For that i give it a good score. However it does little when it comes to keeping he asleep. Four hours later I was up and awake. Now, I'm happy I got a solid four hours, which is an improvement. I was hoping that it would have a little longer effect. Therefore, a decent but not perfect score.

Standard size bottle. The Capsules are Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Non GMO. The capsules are about the size/length of a Quarter and decent size diameter, for those wondering. Serving size is One Capsule, and the bottle contains 60 capsules, so that's a huge plus. At least with One Bottle, you get to try it out for Two Months. As for taste, you don't chew them/just swallow, but they have a bad taste when you put them in your mouth. So.... I'm going to try them and see how it goes. For the price of $26.99 for 60 capsules, it's worth a shot. This bottle came well protected from tampering with shrink wrapping and a cap seal. The gelcaps were odor free and tasteless, which made them quite easy to take. This is a great one gelcap a day dose for a multivitamin that also contains COQ10. Finally a multivitamin vitamin that delivers everything I need in one pill and also has many other benefits. This is a great start for a daily supplement and I highly recommend it.

The manufacturer has to make them in a GMP facility and the final dosage forms must be tested to assure identity, quality, and purity of each component is validated. As it is, the Dietary Supplements Industry is the wild, wild, west and only with a certified, independent, third-party lab, can the manufacturer and the consumer be confident in its quality.
